Day 1: New York City, New York - Tour Begins
"Start spreading the news," because today your tour begins in America's most exciting metropolis, New York City, for a getaway filled with shopping, sightseeing, entertainment and holiday cheer.

Day 2: New York City
Join a local guide for a fascinating tour of the "Big Apple." See Greenwich Village, the Wall Street district, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Empire State Building, United Nations, the Chrysler Building, and other time-honored landmarks. A memorable visit to Ground Zero is sure to be a moving moment. Next, take a stroll and visit nearby "Strawberry Field" where millions of people come each year to pay homage to John Lennon. Lunch is included at the world-famous Tavern on the Green. Following your scrumptious lunch, a stop will be made at Belvedere Castle. Built in 1865 and sitting on Vista Rock, it is the highest point in Central Park where the views in every direction are breathtaking. Enjoy some free time on the esteemed Fifth Avenue where you can explore the world-famous shops and boutiques. Today's highlight is Radio City Music Hall and the incredible Christmas Spectacular featuring the high-kicking Rockettes*. (L, D)

Day 3: New York City
This morning, visit The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, the largest cathedral in the world built in Gothic-style. Then, visit the world-renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art and explore its fascinating exhibits. Experience one of the world's most famous ethnic communities up close today as you enjoy a traditional lunch in New York's Chinatown - the world's largest! The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure for you to take advantage of New York's fabulous shopping! (L)

Day 4: New York City
Enjoy breakfast at a traditional New York City diner before embarking on further exploration of the city. Originally created as a token of international friendship, the Statue of Liberty has become a global symbol of freedom. This inspiring landmark should be on every visitor's itinerary. This morning you will visit Ellis Island and see "Lady Liberty" up close. Later, join your fellow travelers for an exciting Broadway show. (B, D)
